fire + salt open fire dining experience
Thursday 3rd September, from 6:30pm
For one night only, Fire + Salt bring their open-fire dining experience to the lawn at The Griffin.
Arrival from 6:30pm with a welcome cocktail and canapés, sitting down to a feast at 7pm. Whole lamb legs, cedar-planked rainbow trout and salt-baked beetroot, all cooked entirely over live flame, finished with showstopper pavlovas. Click the image above to preview the full menu!

Join us for live music each week at The Griffin, with a soundtrack that settles naturally into the space.
Fridays from 7–9pm ease you into the evening, while Sundays from 2–4pm bring a little something extra to the afternoon.
